Returns and Refund
We know that buying online can be tedious at times and a bit tricky, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please note that items are Preloved, and may come with little imperfections. However, efforts have been made to highlight any imperfections if found.
Our fabulous pieces are sourced from all over the world, each piece has been individually selected for our online shop. We hand-pick, and inspect each item carefully, to make sure there are no drastic holes, tears, stains or the like. We endeavour to represent all items as accurately as possible by photographing and describing, ensuring to include information of any visible faults/defects.
Our Vintage and Preloved
The condition of our Preloved items is either New, Stock, Tenderly Used, or Vintage.
All our Vintage is in good to excellent condition and are much older than our Preloved items. Vintage is often decades old; therefore, garments may occasionally show minor or faint signs of age & wear.
Our Preloved items are not older than 10 years and therefore not listed under Vintage, all pieces are in good to excellent condition.
Returns and Refund Requirements
There will be NO Refunds on any Preloved Items or any Preloved items classified as New, Stock, Tenderly Used or Vintage (All items are sold ‘AS IS’).
- Please be sure to read descriptions & thoroughly check measurements carefully prior to checkout. Please ensure that the correct size is selected as returns would not be accepted based on incorrect sizes.
- Refunds on Vintage and Preloved items on this site will only be considered for a full refund or exchange if the wrong goods were despatched by us.
- All returns are with postage at buyer’s expense.
- Made request within 7 days of purchase and returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Unworn and/or unused, in the original packaging including tags.
- In the same box you received your item in.
What we can do
If the wrong item was sent to you, please contact info@preloved.makeishop.com immediately after receiving the item. You must contact us at info@preloved.makeishop.com within 7 days of receiving the item with RETURN in the subject heading, order number and product ID in the message. Once approved, item is to be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the purchase condition, with tags still attached. Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable.
